What our clients say

The five star review is warranted. Very transparent about costs up front, extremely professional and fast. They did some interior construction for us 3.5 years ago and we haven’t had a single issue with any of their work. I look forward to using them again!

We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen and deck and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! From the beginning, everyone listened to our ideas and made us feel like our vision really mattered. Zak and our project manager were both so professional, organized, and easy to work with. We also had so much fun working with our project developer -- he had such great ideas to help make the design even better. The craftsmanship was excellent, the project stayed on schedule, and the team always cleaned up after themselves. Everyone was so personable and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy. We highly recommend Kubat Construction!

Outstanding Service I highly recommend Kubat Construction! They are professional, reliable, hardworking, and truly take pride in the quality of their work. From start to finish, they were respectful, responsive, and committed to making sure everything was done right. The attention to detail and craftsmanship really stood out. If you’re looking for a construction company you can trust to do an excellent job, Kubat Construction is definitely a great choice! I’m extremely happy with their work and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

It is our pleasure to give Kubat construction a five star review! Zach and his crew worked on our first floor renovation for eight weeks and we are thrilled with the results. Communication with Zach, Mark, and the entire crew was excellent from day one. Zach, Bryan, Rob and Ethan were very respectful of our home during the entire process. We lived on the second floor for two months and every day we felt comfortable knowing exactly who would be in our home and what was being done. The whole crew and their subcontractors were always on time and worked diligently to stay on schedule. At the end of every workday they cleaned up inside and outside. They were even considerate of our two dogs that had a tendency to get under foot! This renovation, including a new kitchen, powder room, living room, and office area, was a big project for us. Kubat construction truly exceeded all of our expectations!

We talked to 5 different contractors before landing on Kubat, and there was no contest - Zak, Carolann, Rob, and the whole team were a dream to work with from start to finish and no other company came close to their attention to detail and care. They brought us a binder for the project that had the timeline (in a gantt chart!), scope of work, and all the other details laid out, and that binder stayed in our bathroom as the team worked through each phase of the project. They texted us every day throughout the process with photos and updates, and kept us informed about what to expect every step of the way. This is exactly who you want for your remodel. Thank you so much to everyone at Kubat for bringing our vision to life!

The Kubat Construction Company did a fabulous job remodeling our bathroom. They were friendly, thorough, and neat. Carolann guided us through the process of selecting materials and was always available to answer questions. Rob was here daily and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the total remodeling job. Zach clearly explained all aspects of the project at the beginning and frequently followed up on the work. The notebook that he provided helped us to follow the steps throughout the project. We are very satisfied with this company and will certainly recommend them to others.

We highly recommend working with the Kubat team! Beginning with the initial design process with Mark and Zach, all the way through the entire job with our project manager Rob, everyone was really great. They work fast and are always courteous while working in your home. We absolutely love our new bathroom and office addition! Thank you so much!!!

Bathroom update from Jacuzzi/shower to walk in shower with steam. Excellent communication from beginning to completion. We were on a relatively tight schedule and they managed all phases pretty much flawlessly. Only hiccup was custom Glasswork that was cut incorrectly by supplier. Template measurements were correct, so no fault of contractor. Just an unfortunate delay. My photos don't do it justice. It should be noted that everything is basically a grab bar as well, in shower and others placed around bathroom. Unfortunately no real "before" photos, just demo in progress. Which revealed some truly 3rd world work, illustrated by flexduct and some other shortcuts by previous contractor(local and known".when we remodeled first time 25 years ago. I can attest to the professional attitude and results from everyone at Kubat and do not hesitate to recommend.

Great contractors. Our previously dark, cold unfinished basement is now a brighter, more inviting area that allows our kids to have a fun playspace, do their schoolwork, and it also gives me a more professional space where I can work from home when needed. Zak, Mark, and Rob were courteous and honest throughout the entire process, from the initial discussion of what we wanted to all the way to the finishing touches. The project was completed in a timely manner and communication was great. Quality of work was solid as well. Would definitely recommend.

Very professional and detail oriented. Highly recommend the Kubat team.

We had an amazing experience with the Kubat team. From the start, working with their team was a pleasure. Every morning for 4 weeks, Brian showed up at 8am. At the end of the workday, he wrapped everything up and made sure the area was clean/safe for our toddler. This made us feel great. Our bathroom came out amazing. Every detail was accounted for. Throughout the whole project, the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted. If I could leave 10 stars instead of 5, I would. This crew is the best, thank you!!

Overall we couldn’t be more happy with our kitchen remodel. The team at Kubat construction were friendly, easy to work with, and communicated well throughout the remodel. Mark the design consultant guided us through the whole process. Chris the project manager focused on every detail. Brian’s expertise in multiple areas did not go unnoticed. They started and finished the project on time. Highly recommend Kubat construction.

We are so happy with the work we had done!! From the very first meeting till completion it was easy and a joy! We met Mark, then Zak, then Chris and others.. All were very good at their jobs and so knowledgeable. They gave us tips and answered our questions throughout the process.. Our counter space like quadrupled. Also our cabinet storage space is so much more that we are having trouble filling all the cabinets. I would definitely recommend Kubat Construction for your next construction needs!! Very Happy Customer!!

Amazing experience from start to finish! Our home looks amazing thanks to the talented and meticulous Kubat team. They were always available to answer questions, helped up come up with a great plan, and executed it to something beyond our expectations.

Zach and his crew were very professional, and courteous. It is hard to be without a kitchen for a long time but they made it a lot more bearable. Their excitement over the project made the whole thing better, you can tell that they really care about the quality of their work. I plan on staying with them for any projects that I may have in the future.

We are beyond pleased with our new bathroom addition. Kubat Construction was recommended to us through a friend, and we are so happy we found them right in Pitman. Zak and Mark were a pleasure to work with, and their entire team was professional and dependable. We can’t thank them enough for the wonderful outcome of this project. The design and layout are perfect - the bathroom is beautiful! We highly recommend Kubat Construction.

Since we moved in we lived with a shower in our primary bath that you could not shower in. Not only did you have to step over the faucet into the deepest tub, the tub tile surround was recessed a bit around the tub so shower water would sit like a pool. Just not a proper set up at all. So we shared the hall shower with the kids (the horrors I know!) I suppose we finally had enough and decided to work with Kubat to give us a much more functional and updated bathroom From the start, working with Zak and Mark to come up with our vision was such a comfortable process. They gave great guidance to figure out what our perfect bathroom looked like while advising on budget at the same time. Our bathroom layout is odd at best but we wanted try to get our wishlist without breaking into the adjoining rooms if possible and without going wild on budget. To accomplish this we had to give up our HUGE bathroom closet to accommodate our dream shower. The team was quick to ensure we had ample storage though including a vanity with smart storage and plugs, Huge Recessed Medicine Cabinet mirrors, and additional “hidden” recessed cabinets to accommodate all of our stuff! I had no idea what our style was or what I liked. I knew what we didn’t like though. Mark was patient and so helpful with suggestions for everything from towel bars to lighting and tile and more. The design process went so smoothly and all because of Mark! As someone who manages projects in my work life, I knew from day 1 when I saw the project timeline taped to my bedroom door that I was in good hands. From the start of the project until the last touch up Chris made sure I always knew what was going on, consulted me on all of the details, and was such a great person to have on site making sure everything was done to his high standards. The disruption to the rest of the house was kept at a minimum and protections were put into place to ensure that any construction debris or dirt didn’t find its way all over the house. The project was completed within time anticipated. Our new bathroom is gorgeous. I would highly recommend Kubat Construction not only was the whole project so smooth, but the work is perfection

Taking a shower in a lighted Terestone shower with a glass bypass Fleurco door is a treat. Zach, Mark, Chris and their associated subcontractors did an excellent job of replacing everything in this 60 year old bathroom. The ceramic tile floor, stained wood trim, and brushed nickel plumbing fixtures have combined to make a beautiful, eye catching view. Kubat Construction is a team of precision craftsmen, congenial to have in your home, and there wasn't a trace of dust anywhere. I give them my heartiest recommendation.

10/10 company - great people and quality work! We love our new enclosed porch space which is now a functional laundry & half bath! Highly recommend. We were nervous and lost trying to find a reputable and trustworthy company to complete a much needed project in our 100+ yr old home. Kubat Construction was recommended to us by a member of our Pitman community and we are so glad we went with them! From day 1 they made us feel at ease with their organization, professionalism, and thoroughness in the process, especially detailing costs/timeline etc. As a bonus, they completed the project earlier than anticipated! The work is beautiful and done well, to code, without cutting corners. We sincerely appreciated a walk through after work was complete to ensure our satisfaction. Zak, Chris, and Mark — thank you so much!

Wonderful and refreshing experience. Very thorough, well managed-proven process especially for someone only occasionally rehabbing abode. End result if remodeled bathroom looks like a completely different room that could not be more pleased with. From designer/sales 1st mtg with Mark , to PMs and oversight by Zach and Chris, top to bottom process was professional and positive experience. To boot, trust worthy great team of truly good people preforming work as homeowner gone during renovation.

when you hire a company you expect great work and professionalism. when you hire Kubat Construction you get EXCEPTIONAL craftsmanship, a personal touch, and take your vision to a higher level. 10/10 highly recommend and am looking forward to being a repeat customer!

Shower enclosure replacement was quick and efficient. Workers were professional and always showed up on time. They answered all of my questions. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended! We’ve had lots of construction projects over the last decade, and are so thankful to have found Kubat Construction. Zak and his team are expert craftsmen and made sure every detail was perfect. They were also great with our schedule and flexible to accommodate changes when our old house threw some curve balls. The best part was working with the owner, Zak. He was extremely easy to talk to, which made this project the least stressful project we’ve ever done. Zak was open and honest during the entire process, which helped us understand costs, timing, and expectations upfront. The best part was how frequently Zak would be on the job site, and that he would always ask for our feedback. We will definitely be calling Kubat Construction the next time we have more projects! If you’re looking for a contractor who is honest, hardworking, and really cares about your project, call Kubat.

I’d recommend Kubat Construction to anyone, the company as a whole was fantastic. Zach helped me remodel my whole first floor and did so in a timely and convenient manner. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and answered any and all questions that I had. Zach made this such an easy and pleasant experience, my fiancé and I couldn’t be happier with our home thanks to Kubat Construction. 10/10

If I could put 10 stars I would; 5 doesn’t do them justice! Kubat Construction from start to finish gave an amazing experience and eliminated all the stress that comes along with a home addition project. From day 1 they were always on time, up front and honest, and very professional. I can’t say enough good things about everyone that made our dream home come true. If you need anything done to your home and you’re not using Kubat Construction you’re selling yourself short and missing out!
